The terms for using this website and for the S$39 a month website plan.

These terms apply to cheapwebdesignsingapore.com and to the website plan we sell on it. Cheap Web Design SG is a trading name of Axccelerate Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202537639Z, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914), which provides the service and is the party you contract with. By requesting a preview or subscribing, you agree to them.
The plan
For S$39 a month you get a website of up to 10 pages built from our layouts and set up with your text, logo, photos and colours; hosting on a server in Singapore; free SSL; an enquiry form; and 5 business email accounts of 1 GB each on your own domain. There is no setup fee.
Free preview and payment
We prepare a preview of your homepage before you pay. When you’re ready to go ahead, you subscribe on this site and save your card on Stripe’s secure payment page. Nothing is charged then. We build your website, and your first payment is taken only when you approve the finished site, then every month on the same date. If you don’t approve it within 30 days, the plan ends and nothing is charged. Your card statement will show AXCCELERATE.COM. We never see or store your card details.
Your domain
The domain isn’t included. You register and own it, and you point it at our server using the records we give you. If you leave, the domain stays yours.
Changes after launch
We set your content up once at launch. New pages, new sections and redesigns afterwards are quoted before any work starts.
Cancelling
There is no minimum term. You can cancel anytime from your account; your website and email stay on until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then switch off. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we’ll remind you; if it is still unpaid 7 days after the first failure, the website and email are switched off. Save any email you want to keep first.
Who it’s for
The plan is for small and medium-sized businesses such as contractors, tradespeople, shops, clinics and studios. It doesn’t cover online stores, custom software or integrations; we scope those separately or decline them.
Hosting and availability
Your site runs on shared hosting that we resell, so its uptime guarantee is the hosting provider’s, not ours. We keep the server, security updates and certificate running and fix problems as quickly as we can.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the text, logos and photos you send us, and that your website will be used lawfully. We may decline or take down content that is unlawful.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost business.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell customers by email before a change affects them. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
