FAQ

Questions people ask before they say yes

Short, clear answers. Anything missing? Ask us with the form.

What do I get for S$39?

A website of up to 10 pages, set up around your services, text, logo, photos and colours; hosting on a server in Singapore; free SSL; an enquiry form to your inbox; and 5 business email accounts on your own domain, 1 GB each. Mobile-ready, with Google-ready basics (page titles, descriptions and a sitemap).

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes, twice. First we build your real homepage and send you a private preview link, free. If you go ahead, you save your card with Stripe but nothing is charged: your first S$39 is taken only when you approve your finished website.

Why is it so cheap?

Fixed scope and proven layouts: we don’t start from a blank page every time, we run one shared Singapore server ourselves, and your content is set up once at launch. Your content is still yours, not a swapped name. “Cheap” is the price, not the quality.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee and no minimum term. You pay S$39 a month and can cancel anytime. If payment stops, the website and email are switched off, so save any email you want to keep first.

Is the domain included?

No, but we can help you register it. The domain is registered in your own name (.sg, .com.sg or .com), so you always own it, and the registration fee, usually tens of dollars a year, is paid to the registrar. Already have one? We tell you which records to point and check it works.

What pages can I have?

Up to 10. Typical: home, about, a page per service, a gallery of past jobs, FAQ and contact. Not included: online shops, booking systems or custom software.

Are you the cheapest web design in Singapore?

We can’t promise to be the cheapest: building it yourself on a website builder, or a low-cost freelancer, can cost less upfront. What we offer is one of the lowest all-in prices for a professionally set-up site: S$39 a month with no setup fee, hosting in Singapore, 5 business email accounts and SSL included, and a free preview before you pay anything.

How much does a website normally cost in Singapore?

Published packages for a small business site typically run from about S$1,000 to S$5,000 upfront, with hosting and email often billed on top. Our website cost page compares the options.

Can I change it later?

Yes. Your content is set up once at launch. After that, new pages, new sections and redesigns are quoted before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Who is it for?

Singapore small businesses: tradespeople, contractors, shops, salons, clinics, studios, tuition centres and similar. It isn’t for large companies, online stores or custom software.

Is the enquiry form PDPA-friendly?

Enquiries go straight to your inbox. The form comes with a short privacy notice, and you remain responsible for your customers’ details.
