Who we are

Cheap Web Design SG is a trading name of Axccelerate Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202537639Z, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914). For questions about your personal data, including access and correction requests, contact our Data Protection Officer through our contact form.

What we collect

• Preview requests: your name, email, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, your trade, whether you have a logo, and the design you picked. We use them to prepare your homepage preview and to contact you about it.
• Customers: the business information, text, logo and photos you send us to build your website, and the billing details needed to set up payment.
• Contact form: what you write to us and your email address, so we can reply.
• Server logs and abuse protection: our server records IP addresses and requests. To limit how often a form can be used, we store a one-way keyed hash of your IP address for no more than a day.

Cookies and statistics

Our marketing pages don’t set cookies and don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. When you sign up, sign in or use your account, we use one necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect your forms; it is deleted when you close your browser.

We count visits with our own cookie-free statistics: the page, the website you came from (or the campaign tag in the link), your device type and your country. The country is looked up from your IP address in a database kept on our own server (DB-IP’s country database), and only the country is saved, not the IP address. To count unique visitors we store a short code made from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every day and is then deleted, so it can’t be turned back into your IP address or linked across days. This data stays on our server in Singapore, isn’t shared, and is kept for 3 years.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal data. It is stored on our web host’s servers in Singapore. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure payment page. We never see or store your card details; Stripe keeps them securely for your monthly payment.

Your customers’ enquiries

If we host your website, enquiries sent through your site’s form go straight to your inbox. For those enquiries you decide what is collected and why; we process them only to deliver your website and email.

How long we keep it

Preview requests that don’t become customers are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept while you’re a customer and afterwards for as long as the law requires for accounting. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent. Send a personal data request and we’ll reply within 30 days.
